Q&A with Rosie...

Q: What can you do today that you could not do a year ago?

A: A year ago, I could not play Romance by Saint Saens on French horn, but with a lot of practice it sounds really good now.

Q: When was the last time you traveled somewhere new?

A: Travelling is an important aspect of my life. As a relatively new person in California, I have been making a point of seeing different cities around the state. The most recent, new experience I have had with a California city was to Berkeley and San Francisco to go see a concert with my husband.

Q: If you could ask one person, dead or alive, one question, who would you ask and what would you ask?

A: I would probably ask Nikoli Tesla a million questions about his life and research, and I would ask him explicitly why he let Edison get away with vilifying and robbing him of his ideas and his work.

Q: How would you describe yourself in 5 words?

A: Musical, spunky, tenacious, poetic, independent.

Q: What does success mean to you?

A: Success is one of those very strangely subjective concepts. For me, a definition of success is dependent on the context of the goal. One meaning could be in reference to scoring well on an exam, another could be hitting a new partial on my instrument.

Q: How have you grown professionally working at TT?

A: Being a part of the TT Family has opened up many doors for me. I have gained critical experience in a branch of healthcare that I had previously been inexperienced in.
